Buying land without clear evidence of its location, boundaries and surrounding area is a serious risk. Lusansa helps you understand exactly what and where you are buying before you commit—whether the plot belongs to us or is being offered by another seller. For buyers abroad, we provide precise GPS coordinates, mapped plot boundaries, drone footage, a professional photographic catalogue and a detailed site report that you can review and share with your family, lawyer or surveyor. For buyers in Uganda, we arrange a guided site visit that goes beyond the plot itself. We take you through the wider neighbourhood, access roads, nearby developments and key amenities so that you can evaluate both the land and the location before making your decision.
